I've spent time bobbing about in the Solent, racing yachts and Etchells in Auckland and more recently offshore on Brighton Belle from Brighton to Lisbon.  An excellent couple of weeks cruising.

The initial attraction to Brighton Belle Sailing Club is the Brighton Belle herself, an excellent yacht that is well cared for and sails beautifully.  After a few cruises aboard and other non-sailing events the real appeal reveals itself: to spend time doing what we enjoy with other like-minded people.
