Amsterdam to St Katherine's

This is a three or four day, long weekend cruise from Amsterdam to St Katherine's Dock Marina, London. The (weather dependent) outline plan is to set off from Amsterdam late afternoon on the Friday and overnight in the Dutch seaport of Ijmuiden. We'll make an early start on Saturday to catch the south-going tide, make our way across the North Sea towards Harwich, then head south to the Thames estuary. We'll spend Sunday night at anchor in the Medway to wait for the morning flood tide, then make our approach to London.

This is a good opportunity to gain some offshore experience and add night miles to your personal log.
